Practitioners are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials, services and contact details they publish. A verification mark records that an editor reviewed the submitted details; it is not a licence check, an endorsement or a recommendation.

Do not submit profiles that impersonate another person, claim credentials you do not hold, or promote treatments as cures. The editorial team may reject, edit or remove any profile or listing.
